Frequently asked questions
How do you know the addresses and opening hours are accurate?
Every place we suggest is verified individually before it reaches your travel book: real existence, address, opening hours. A place that can't be confirmed is never included silently: it's flagged as such, just like in the examples above.
On a road trip, who picks the towns?
We do, from your answers, never from what happens to be famous. You give us a country, your travelling rhythm, how you move between stops and the longest single leg you'll accept; we build the route, order it so it never doubles back, and spread the nights. If there's a stop you insist on, say so: the route is built around it.
How many towns fit into my trip?
It depends on your rhythm, not on a scale: in ten days, three long stops where you settle in, or six short ones where you see a lot: you choose in the questionnaire. One rule doesn't move: two nights minimum per stop, because a town you reach at night and leave in the morning hasn't been visited. And if the country doesn't fit your dates, we narrow the trip to one coherent region and tell you so, rather than putting you on the road all day.
What language will my travel book be in?
In French or English, your choice when you order. More languages will follow.
How long after payment until I get my travel book?
A few minutes. Once payment is confirmed, our engine verifies each place and builds your travel book live, and you can watch the real progress from your "My trips" area.
I have allergies or specific needs. Do you take them into account?
Your special requests are taken into account when designing the program. For anything touching your safety (allergies, mobility), always double-check directly with the venue before you go: we verify a place's existence and hours, not its internal protocols.
Is this a subscription?
No. A single payment per trip, no subscription, no auto-renewal. Payment secured by Stripe.
What format is my travel book delivered in?
In two forms, for the same price. A PDF to print, and the same travel book on your phone: each place tells you whether it is open, and one button takes you there. Once opened on your phone, it is saved there and reopens even offline. Both wait for you in your "My trips" area.
